Dr Wharry ought, therefore, I submit, to have obeyed in the first instance, the orders issued to him which did not entail any heavy work, and might have afterwards made any representations that he thought fit if he found the work too heavy, when it was ascertained that Dr Marques' illness was far more serious than was at first supposed.
